We Guarantee our Products

If for any reason, your product does not work as intended, we will give you a full refund including the initial shipping—even if up to an entire case of product was used. For example, if you order 3 cases of tabs and halfway through the first case you are just having too much trouble, return what you have left and still receive a refund on your entire order.

Order the wrong product? We understand that these things happen. Go ahead and pay the return shipping and send the product back unused. We will refund you the entire cost of the order, and your initial shipping.

Mailers Haven reserves the right to deny a customer the Product Guarantee if it is used too often to return product.
